I have two kids, ages 4 & 5, a dog and cat, and a pretty cool husband. I moved to Cabarrus County in 2008 from NY and haven’t looked back. I worked for the local school system for almost 10 years, then did the stay at home mom gig for 2 years. Now, on to the next big adventure… my own speech therapy practice! I try to set myself apart from other practices through individualized care and parent education. You will receive updates and homework from me constantly. I talk too much, it’s a job hazard, but usually, it is about your kid. I have young ones and you do too, so flexibility in our schedules is valued. I know kids get sick or we forget about the dentist appointment we scheduled 6 months ago before we scheduled speech, and sometimes, we only put one shoe on while getting out the door. Yes, that happened, and yes, I love that mom for it. It was easily the best laugh I had that day. Tobias Keene, D.D.S. Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. Office- Speech Therapy services will be provided in a home-office located near Harrisburg Town Center. The office has a separate entrance where the client will enter. We are located close to Hwy 49 & Roberta Rd. Preschool & private school- Pep Talk serves some of the local preschool/private schools in the area. This includes Elite Preschool, Stepping Stones, Providence Preschool, and Hope Academy. If you are interested in having Pep Talk come to your school, contact me and we can discuss it further. The school must be within 10 minutes of Harrisburg Town Center.
